terms & policies:

We strive to keep our customers very, very happy. However, we also have to maintain a friendly work environment for our employees and need to keep things as efficient as possible to keep our prices competitive. To this end, we follow these policies to make sure that everyone is treated fairly and consistently.

Wholesale Order POLICY:

Weekly availabilities will be emailed and/or published each Saturday morning. Orders will be filled based on order of receipt, pre-order status, size of order and delivery date. Thus, early orders are more likely to be fulfilled completely, as low-stock items often sell out by Monday. We request that any orders that you would like shipped in a given week be submitted by Wednesday at 5PM. Orders placed after this time may not be delivered until the following week, even if there is adequate availability. 

Customers may submit their orders by email (sales@hesstonplantco.com) or fax (316-347-2494). Due to the nature of fax technology, if you submit an order by fax and have not heard from us to confirm that order within 24 hours, please call us at 620-327-4045. We likely did not receive the order. All orders will either be confirmed & scheduled, or delivered within 24-48 hours of placement. 

Retail return policy:

Plants can be returned for cash value for up to 24 hours after the time of purchase. Plants can be returned for a gift certificate worth an amount equal to the purchase price for up to 48 hours after the date of purchase. Beyond this time, return policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you're having trouble with your plants, rather than return them, we'd love to talk with you about how to care for them!
